3 Flask nodes each use Redis cache with one shared SQLite DB. Writes go to Node A, reads from all nodes. After a write, Nodes B and C serve stale cached data. Fix: an adaptive controller tracks write rate and switches invalidation strategy (eager, batched, TTL) to reduce staleness with minimal overhead.
